A five-day long training week in Warsaw, Polnd focused on exploring digital trends, tools, and innovations that support teaching, research, communication, and university administration.
Apart from the digital skill content, the training week provides an opportunity for networking, strengthening international outreach and cooperations as well as added intercultural value.
Day 1 — Welcome to Warsaw

for Teaching, Services, and Administration

Parallel workshops for different roles:
Teaching staff: Interactive & blended-learning tools
Admin staff: Digital solutions for student/partner communication

Day 3 — Automation, Creativity & Problem-Solving

Brainstorming: “What could we automate or simplify at our institutions?”

Day 4 — Cultural Day - Warsaw Highlights
Guided tour of the Old Town & the Royal Tract
Polish culinary traditions workshops: pierogi (Polish dumplings) / nalewki (Polish liquours)
Day 5 — Training Week Wrap-Up & Future Collaboration

All training materials, coffee breaks, lunches, traditional dinner and cultural activities mentioned in the programme are covered by the participation fee of 350 euro.
Accommodation is not covered.
The training falls under the eligibility for Erasmus+ Key Action 1 mobility projects and can be funded via mobility funds for staff trainings.
