A five-day long training week in Warsaw, Polnd focused on exploring digital trends, tools, and innovations that support teaching, research, communication, and university administration.
Apart from the digital skill content, the training week provides an opportunity for networking, strengthening international outreach and cooperations as well as added intercultural value.

Day 1 — Welcome to Warsaw
Registration & welcome coffee
Welcome address and introductions;
HEIs/ role presentations of participants
Afternoon: dinner at a traditional Polish restaurant
Day 2 - Digital Trends in HEIs & Digital Tools
for Teaching, Services, and Administration

Ice-breaker activity: “Digital tools I can’t live without”
Plenary: Digital Transformation in Higher Education: Trends in Europe
Parallel workshops for different roles:
Teaching staff: Interactive & blended-learning tools
Admin staff: Digital solutions for student/partner communication
Support staff: Improving user experience with technology

Lab session: exploring tools for scheduling, communication, feedback and accessibility
Day 3 — Automation, Creativity & Problem-Solving

Keynote: Generative AI tools available for administrative and teaching staff - the overview
Workshop: Automation of Routine Tasks (templates, digital assistants, workflows)
Brainstorming: “What could we automate or simplify at our institutions?”

Creative session: using digital tools for brainstorming, visualisation and planning
Day 4 — Cultural Day - Warsaw Highlights
Guided tour of the Old Town & the Royal Tract
Polish culinary traditions workshops: pierogi (Polish dumplings) / nalewki (Polish liquours)
Day 5 — Training Week Wrap-Up & Future Collaboration

Closing session and final discussion: How to maintain digital transformation momentum after returning home
Certificate ceremony & Erasmus+ certificates
All training materials, coffee breaks, lunches, traditional dinner and cultural activities mentioned in the programme are covered by the participation fee of 350 euro.
Accommodation is not covered.
The training falls under the eligibility for Erasmus+ Key Action 1 mobility projects and can be funded via mobility funds for staff trainings.
